“Very sorry to say that, the service was really poor. Everytime we came down and asked for water bottles, no water bottles were kept on room. No cutleries in room. First day, I went asked to the receptionist and the person gave few cutleries. But the second day , receptionist refused to give me cutlery. No proper facilities were there as given in the details of room in online.”
