“Just a night stay at Jasmine Riad but was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the heartfelt boss, Ismail, who made us feel more like family than guests. We were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a suite, and even more touched when my mom was given the choice of which suite she preferred. Ismail managed to resolves all my queries – from getting me the best dates since autumn is the best harvest for dates so the historical route to Timbuktu 52 days. What really stood out was how every little issue was handled with such care. My spoiled sports shoe? Glued and fixed. My mom’s swollen wrist? They not only provided ice but also went to pharmacy and get the right medication to ease her pain. These acts of kindness meant the world to us. We enjoyed a restful stay, complete with delicious lunches and dinners, and every breakfast was a delight. The rooms were spacious, well-kept, and full of charm – just like the riad itself. Thank you to everyone at Jasmine Riad for such a memorable and caring experience. I wish I day I will have another chance to drop by and put a night or 2 at this Riad though is rather unlikely since our countries are far apart! Anyway this is the highly recommended riad amongst my 23D21N in Morocco!”
