However, there were several disappointing issues: * There was no handheld bidet spray in the bathroom, which is important for many Muslim guests and has also become a common expectation among many European travelers for hygiene. * No prayer mat was provided. * There was no information about the Qibla direction for prayer. * The air conditioner was running but was only blowing air and did not cool the room. As this hotel is located in Morocco, an Islamic country, I expected these basic facilities to be available out of respect for the local culture and the hygiene standards that many guests appreciate. I hope these issues will be addressed to improve the experience for future visitors. ”
