“Spacious room. Pleasant view and a restful sleep environment, all supported by convenient transportation options nearby. The staff are friendly and the place is clean. While facilities are somewhat limited, the overall experience provides good value for the location.”

“Receptionist Mr Othman was great helpful and very kind, I want to thank him for his great help and assistance ”

“Great location and service. Helpful and friendly staff. They helped us with getting a charging cable from the market at midnight, luggage packing and postcard sending, which really rid us of some headache. The room seemed a bit old but generally ok. Breakfast could have more varieties and more fresh veggies.”

“Stayed at Barceló Anfa Casablanca — mixed experience. Check-in was delayed by 2 hours and a wake-up call was missed, which is disappointing. The original room had a smell and there was work happening on the floor. To their credit, staff were responsive — service was fast and efficient once engaged, and I was upgraded to a higher floor. The upgraded room was clean with a great view and made a big difference. However, maintenance needs attention (peeling wallpaper at reception, unclean water glasses). Overall: Good recovery, but consistency and quality control need improvement. Upgrade is worth it.”
