“Good hotel and cleanliness was also there but the staff needs to be more courteous. I to checkout sharp at 7AM and I requested the breakfast team to give me just coffee and croissant but they denied saying we cannot do it before 7 even though these items were ready. In hotel industry, customer experience is the only thing that matters. The 4 star i have given for staff is for the front desk staff.”
