“Grand Crown is well located beside a beautiful church, but the experience felt more like staying in an Airbnb than a hotel. The self check-in process was frustrating — I never received the promised email with door and room details, and there was no response from the property despite multiple messages and calls. I eventually had to contact Agoda for assistance, and even they had trouble reaching the property. After waiting in the cold and rain for about half an hour, I finally got the access information. Additionally, there’s no lift, so carrying luggage up to the higher floors can be difficult. I wouldn’t have booked it had I known it operates more like an unmanaged apartment stay.”
