“We used this platform to book our stay, and we were told that there was communication sent by the hotel, which we never received. No communication had been received and no follow up from the hotel when they saw no communication coming back to them and the date of the booking was close. We only got the news about this on the day we were supposed to check in. Thus, check in was not smooth, we had to wait close to an hour while they were trying to sort out accommodation for us. Needless to say, we had paid in advance. ”
