“We requested the room with the best view and the staff was courteous to allott us one. The rooms were clean and plush and gave a very royal feeling. We also get free tickets to the theatre and spa, the theatre is not to miss. Also the night sound and light show at the harbour can be viewed from the balcony itself if you get a good view room.”

“Location : Fantastic, it's situated right at the entrance of the Mausoleum of Khoja Ahmed Yasawi and a short walk to Karavan Saray. The area around the hotel looks newly developed and very safe and clean. It was also easy to catch a taxi via Yandex Go App. Hotel was quiet, clean, beautifully decorated, with hot shower and cold air conditioning system. Hotel provided 2x500ml bottles of water a day, house slippers, hairdryer, shampoo & soap. Breakfast was lovely, we got to try the local strawberries and apples. Staff spoke fluent English and were very nice. After checkout, we stored our luggage with the hotel as we continued to explore the surrounding area and had a nice break at Karavan Saray for coffee. I highly recommend this hotel. ”
