“I like the staff and the style but there is simply no ventilation. Windows are sealed shut, the Panasonic AC that they have, has no ventilation (it's just a cold fan), and a tiny little vent in the bathroom barely vents anything... to the corridor. A corridor that is already very stuffy. Some just don't realize that we need oxygen to not die. I discovered all that because I started waking up in the middle of the night with dizziness, headaches, and somewhat difficult breathing. Lack of oxygen is damaging to the brain. Excessive lack of oxygen (like in this hotel) causes excessive damage to the brain. ”

“Lavia Hotel is absolutely beautiful!!! We are departing today 20/09/2026 and wish we were staying here for many more nights. The staff are exceptional. The hotel is only 3 months old and had their grand opening two days ago. It is handy to so many tourist attractions and ample food & bar options. We will definitely be staying here for future visits to Phnom Penh! ❤️ The air conditioning is perfect and absolutely what you need when you've been out and about all day.”

“Would stay here again next time we’re in Phnom Penh. Great amenities and room was spacious and clean. Staff was great.”
