“Extremely disappointing stay. We arrived late around 22:00 and were given a dirty room with hair and stains on the bed. They apologized and moved us, but the new room had two single beds instead of the double bed we paid for. The staff admitted they didn't have the room type we booked. After a 40-minute argument, the owner offered only a tiny $10 discount for the downgrade. On top of that, there was no hot water, and reception ignored our calls. I had to take a cold shower. terrible experience.”
