“The All Inclusive deal did not allow for all food on the Lido restaurant menu to be choose and only certain drinks/make included, would be good to know this beforehand. Gym only allowing 4 people in for 1 hour at a time which has to be pre-booked! Staff were all courteous and nice.”

“- wonderful upscale rooms - Buffet dinner was awesome - though I think I was allergic to one of the meals (hopefully they can include what's included in the meals so you can avoid the right things) - staff were very friendly The only comment I have is the gym felt pretty basic. just a thread mill, and weights with a bench - was expecting a lot more). ”

“Nice place and your greeted well. Room didnt have a refrigerator. Requested one and was told it would brought to my room. Followed up and told it would be delivered the next day. Day 3 and still didn't have one and never got one. Restaurant can't get your order correct. Both meals I had from there they brought me something I didn't order and they did it to my wife once. Definitely some improvement needed.”
