“An absolute masterpiece in the desert and by far the best stay I’ve had in Wadi Rum. This was my third time visiting Wadi Rum, and having previously stayed at UFO Wadi Rum Luxotel (which is already wonderful), the newly opened Rum Reserve Luxotel takes luxury and experience to a whole new level. Since I also love their property in Aqaba, it is clear that whenever it is a Luxotel, the quality is guaranteed. What truly makes this place exceptional is the dedicated team. They go above and beyond to ensure every guest is happy and that your stay is memorable. Special thanks to Motaz, who took such detailed care of us and made us feel completely at home, treating us like family with the utmost politeness. Thank you also to Shaban for looking after us so well, to Abdallah, and to the chefs and the entire team. The owner is truly lucky to have such a hardworking and passionate staff. The facilities are brand new and impeccably equipped. The rooms are the most luxurious in Wadi Rum, featuring great amenities like a modern smart shower display that shows water temperature and duration. The property also boasts a stunning swimming pool and private jacuzzis (available with certain rooms for an extra charge). The food prepared by the chef was simply delicious. Location-wise, it is unbeatable. We specifically timed our visit during a meteor shower and a tiny moon phase for optimal stargazing, and we were rewarded with crystal-clear skies, shooting stars, the Milky Way, and endless constellations. A quick tip for future guests: Remember that you are in the middle of the desert, where getting water, food, and electricity requires immense effort. Being able to experience this level of modern luxury in Wadi Rum is truly amazing, so a little extra appreciation for the hard work behind the scenes goes a long way. “암만에서 와디럼까지 6시간 차로 걸려서 9시30분 투어를 할려고 했는데 .. 새벽2시에 일어나 3시되어서 출발해서 6시간 오다보니 급 피곤~~ 좀 힘들어서 호텔에서 잠시 쉰 다음11시30분 투어를 시작했어요. 가이드.매니저도 설명도 잘 해주고 간식도 마니 사주시고요. 사진 찍는 스폿도 알려주시고 숙소도 맘에들어요.투어한다음 숙소에서 저녁.아침을 먹었는데 양도 푸짐하고 많네요. 사막에 별도 마니 보이고요. 신기하기도 했죠. 돔이라 춥지도 않았어요.아침에 일어나 보니 개운해요. 사막투어 잘하고 갑니다. 즐겁고 좋은여행했어요.”
