“Very disappointing experience and definitely not what we expected. The hotel had a strong unpleasant, stuffy smell (كتمة), and it did not feel properly clean. The rooms and facilities are also quite old and need renovation. We specifically booked and were promised a room with 3 proper beds. However, when we arrived, they gave us a room with only 2 beds, and later added a portable/sofa bed as the third bed, which was very uncomfortable and not what we had booked or been promised. The worst part was the check-in. We arrived at around 11:00 PM, yet we had to wait at reception for approximately 45 minutes before getting the room. This is unacceptable considering the room should have been ready since the normal afternoon check-in time. After a long journey, we expected at minimum a clean, ready room matching our reservation. Unfortunately, the overall experience was poor, uncomfortable, and disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.”

“The establishment is more than wonderful because it has employees who provide excellent service,,All employees in all departments without exception provide outstanding service”

“The hotel is perfectly located, and the staff are very helpful and welcoming. I would especially like to thank Osamah Altork, who never hesitates to help, provide advice, and offer his support. His kindness and professionalism truly made my stay more enjoyable. Highly recommended!”
