“Very expensive for what it was. Food was generally okay, but buffet restaurant is like a large school canteen looking onto the slides. The other restaurants were good but inside seating is very hot, and there aren't many tables outside - worth requesting in advance. Facilities are mostly set behind the hotel tower block with no view which seemed very odd as people are surely there to see the sea. Kids entertainment in the evening was terrible - they mostly seem to make kids sit down and watch their parents dance on their own to see whose parents get the loudest cheer - not particularly fun if I'm honest and kids were getting bored! Room was clean, as were restaurants but outside areas including the beach had broken glass and toilets by the main pool were so messy with generally people smoking inside! Overall I won't be going back. ”

“The stay was overall good. It was my second time going to this resort, however, if you’re looking for a hotel that’s close to outdoor things such as Local vendors or markets this hotel is not located in that kind of area where that is easily accessible. it’s a very clean hotel with very nice staff. If you are looking for a resort that is accessible to outdoor activities, such as outdoor restaurants, markets shops etc I would definitely recommend Ocho Rios or Montego Bay, There are a lot more things within walking distance for tourist to do. This is coming from a local that lives on the island. Coral Springs is very nice and I really like it for just a chill relax time If you are looking to do anything off the resort you will need to have a driver as The above mentioned are not within a feasible distance. if you have not been to the resort it is located right off of main highway.”

“Room was comfortable , however ac was preset at 20°C, called numerous times to adjust to 23°C only got lip service. Also provided one tooth brush, request for another one. ”

“ This was the absolute worst stay at any Royalton Resort we have had. We spenr $600usd extra on our room for Diamond club which was a total robbery! We arrived at 3pm for check in time was told our room wasnt ready we came back at 4pm to wait another half hour for our butler to then introduce himself and proceed to escort another group to their room. We lifted our bags ourselves and went to our room. From then on our butler was non existant... we requested a bottle at 1130am it was delivered at 5pm after several follow up messages. The diamond club bar was out of stock of certain bottles and drinks that were readily available at the regular bar. The diamond club "beach service" never existed. Diamond club butler never existed Diamond club premium liquor at the bar never existed. I met with the diamond club manager mr astley grey on 2 occasions to express my utter disappointment and my husband was too fed up to even meet with him at all. He assured me that he would contact me for a follow up and compensation for the lack of service and communication we got with our diamond club packages that we PAID ALOT OF MONEY FOR. It has been 1 week and nothing. My e mail and whatsapp contact was left for him at thw diamond club lounge... he never contacted me its been 1 week. They took our money and dont care about us anymore.. no customer service no communucation no follow up no consideration. You got our money which we feel like u robbed from us because we never got a penny's worth of it at the resort ”
