“The hotel is well located just 4 minutes walk from Vicenza Station, next to  Campo Marzio. Looks fairly unassuming from the outisde but has an attractive grand marbled lobby. The double room was huge with a good size bathroom. The air conditioning was effective which is needed this time of the year in Vicenza. Vicenza is a small place so you can walk most places from this hotel in a short time. For example the Teatro Olimpico which is more or less the other side of town is just 15 mins walk, so a hotel's location is not that critical and I thought the proximity to the station was very handy. So overall pretty good. Just a couple od small things which should be addressed as it is listed as a 4 star hotel. First it would be good to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. This is pretty much standard even in small hotels and guest houses these days so really should be available in a 4 star.  Second, the cleaning staff were quite noisy talking to each other in the hallway from quite early on in the morning, and  on one day they seemed to be having a rather loud heated discussion, I hesitate to say argument, which was rather unprofessional not to mention annoying if you are trying to lie in. Perhaps a discreet word in the ear of the cleaning staff wouldn't go amiss. Anyway, apart from the aforementioned, this is a perfectly nice hotel and I would be happy to stay there again.”

“Beautiful, very clean Hotel in the middle of the city center. Very stylish details(Lamps), bathroom appliances. Comfortable bed with firm mattress and pillow sizes for different wishes. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is wonderful. You might want to ask for a room to the inside(as on saturday nights it can be loud towards main street). Will be back”

“I booked this hotel for 3 nights, the dining facility and staff were amazing, the hotel was not bad but I was a little shocked when the night staff person asked me if I was a guest in the hotel after coming out of the lobby bathroom, it was rather an unusual question to ask a guest that had been staying there 2 days already, I got the feeling that had I have been a different color that question would have never been asked, that's why I had a mixed reaction towards this booking.”

“걸어서 5분 정도로 세계 유산의 구시가에 갈 수 있습니다. 주요 관광지가 아니기 때문에 매우 차분한 분위기. 비교적 치안도 좋다고 느껴져 물가도 싸다. 커피의 젤라토가 맛있는 가게가 있었다.”

“The beds are very light, too easy to move. There are a lot of dust side of the wooden bench under the tv beside the curtain, I think the cleaning staff missed the spot. Stayed for 4 nights. There is a bus for going to center of town and to Palladio mall, other than that we used taxi. The younger staffs are very helpful, but the senior staff was not, I hope the young staffs can keep up their hospitability and not being influenced by the senior staff. I stayed there because it's nearby VICC/Fiera. Also walking distance to 2 supermarkets that close until 8.30 and 9 pm. Please improve your cleanliness.”
