“性价比很高的酒店，来都灵还会住这家!”

“This Novotel is a staple of our trips to Torino. Great value for the money, great location, no fuss and no problems. The staff do their utmost to serve guests in the best way they can. We have regularly stayed here over the past 15 years and highly recommend it for a fuss-free family stay in Turin”

“The first night in the room was without air conditioning, had to escalate the next day before it was resolved. After it was turned on for the room, I later discovered air conditioning is rationed, only turned on and off for a while based on the temperature but there was no prior information about this to manage expectations.”

“Entered the hotel at 23 with a sleeping toddler and got into the room at 23:45. Check-in alone took 25 minutes because they had to enter every single passport detail along with each visitor’s birth place and enter it into the system manually. Later they couldn’t find keycard for our room for another 15 minutes, when we finally went up to the room, keycard didn’t work, but thankfully another staff member was just near us and they opened the room with their master keycard and was about to leave, but when I entered the room, saw someone’s laptop, passport and other belongings in the room. Took another 10 minutes to find us another room. All this time with a toddler sleeping on my arms. So to sum up, staff is mostly incompetent, but the hotel itself is nice and clean. Just need some more organisational skills. ”
