“The staff (male one) who checked in for us had the worst attitude ever. Upon our arrival, we did not feel welcomed at all. The moment he learned that we were heading out for dinner (instead of having dinner in the hotel), he literally rolled his eyes at us and appeared extremely impatient. He was supposed to lead us to the room but he left us in front of the lift by ourselves (did not press button for us) and walked slowly upstairs himself. Not sure whether such kind of service quality worths ***. Other than that, everything was wonderful, other staff, the room, the view, the facility and the breakfast :)”
