“This is long overdue but I wanted to wait until I could dedicate the time necessary to properly express how great my stay was! We booked a room last minute and they were so easy to get a hold of and responsive to our many questions prior to check in! The person who checked us in (Matteo, I believe) was SO friendly and fun and kind and cheered us up after a very long travel day. We were very grateful to him and Sleep&Fly Malpensa!! The shuttle to the airport was lovely, as well!!! ”
