“All was OK.”

“Friendly staff and prompt service. I stayed for 9 days. I did not have a refrigerator in my room, or an iron, which I am used to in other hotels. I undersand that other rooms did have refrigerators, but since I had no really urgent need for this I did not request a change of room. Breakfast is fine, though there is no cooked food or cold cuts (no eggs, prosciutto or other cured meats). There was fruit (always appreciated), yogurt, cornetti, plain bread (hence the possibility of toast, which the staff would prepare), and jam, and the coffee was prepared on request - by the staff, rather than made by each guest at one of those awful automatic espresso machines, as happens in a lot of places tody. So, in general, this is a fine establishment and I plan to return.”
