“Very nice location on a hill, one of the greatest of Poggibonsi area. Great garden with old mature trees, perfect foe this toscan villa. Nice building where is the breakfast organized with beautiful view to the garden. Breakfast good but bot great. Nice and welcoming people. Some interesting common spaces like lobbies where you can spend time. Very clean room, new bathroom. Furniture a little bit old in the room. . There are things that could ve improved which does not leave a good impression: some dirty umbrella outside, covers at the entranxes, sime refurbish in the common areas. ”

“Pros: Unmatched Hospitality: Simone was absolutely fantastic! He was so kind, incredibly eager to help, and genuinely pleasant. He made us feel completely welcomed and well-taken care of—we can still hear him reassuringly saying, "No worries, no worries!" in our minds. Thank you!! Family-Style Breakfast: The breakfast was fantastic, and the atmosphere was so warm that guests truly felt like they were part of a family. Secure Underground Parking: The underground parking (located on the opposite side of the entrance) was excellent and gave us total peace of mind regarding our car's security. Comfortable & Clean Accommodations: The room and bathroom were highly comfortable, well-managed, and meticulously cleaned. Convenient Amenities: The rooms are thoughtfully equipped with great lighting and multiple power plugs that are easily compatible with various types of devices. Cons: First Impression / Entrance: The exterior main gate doesn't fully reflect the well-managed beauty waiting inside. Arriving at the entrance initially made us wonder, "Did I make the right decision reserving this place?" Of course, that doubt completely vanished the second we stepped inside, but a bit more decoration at the front gate would match the excellent interior. Minor Room Details: The surfaces of the chairs were a bit worn out, and the in-room refrigerator didn't cool very efficiently (though you can easily ask the wonderful staff to store items that need to be kept strictly cold). Final Verdict: Any minor room or entrance quirks are completely overshadowed by Simone’s incredible hospitality and the wonderful family vibe of this B&B. We had a beautiful stay and highly recommend it!”
