“Definitely not deserve a 5 star hotel,poor service training, staffs attitudes can be improved. The suite is small, it is a room not a suite, and the room is not properly cleaned. Also poor arrangements for spa booking, it was a mess for us and they wanted to charge us late cancellation fee when they gave us time slots “confirmed” without our confirmations, which we didn’t request massage at dinner time! ”
