“We absolutely love everything as we arrived. However, in the evening we found that the shower was cold. We knew the staff was not in the facility to solve the problem but we sent the message anyway to check the situation. Hoping the next morning it will be fixed. There was no reply at all and we took the cold shower. I hope there was a reply.”
