“I probably didn’t do enough research but I was surprised this wasn’t a hotel like I’m used to. The breakfast was just a pastry and coffee. The staff were only there for a few hours in the morning so the bar wasn’t open unless they were there which was only the morning.. There was a fridge and cooker but no plates cutlery or pans. When we arrived there were a few opened shampoo sachets that were provided by the hotel on the soap tray so not sure the bathroom had been cleaned properly. There was a curtain over the bathroom door and the rail fell down on the first day. The location was good for monte san Savino town centre and the staff were very friendly. It was cheap so not sure I can really complain but i wouldn’t stay again.”
