“Although the hotel is a bit outdated the rooms were clean and had a beautiful view of Etna. However, the staff mown the lawn, cut the bushes and blew the clippings around the pool chairs with guests on them the whole afternoon (a couple of hours) while the pool guests were trying to relax and swim. This was not professional. I would strongly recommend that this work be done in the morning or the evening since it disturbed everyone. All the guests were complaining by the pool. This marked our experience as negative as we planned to stay by the pool the whole day and had to leave early due to noise. ”
