“We are an older couple and everyone on the staff were so accommodating. The restaurant was spectacular and we ate there every night because the Tuscan food was so authentic. We felt we made the right choice to pick this lovely place. Having breakfast looking over the vineyards, cypress and olive trees cannot be described. It was breathtaking and the best breakfast spot you could find. The countryside was beautiful surrounding the hotel and I could go on and on, but I think you get the picture. It did not disappoint. We will always remember this vacation because of the staff at Ultimo. What an exceptional place. Zaharulla and Arabella were so kind to us and always helpful and took time to answer our questions and give us great advice about the menu. They really made the difference in our experience.
