“El hotel está bien, muy céntrico. La habitación muy correcta y limpia. La entrada la hizo una dependienta de la pastelería porque no había nadie en recepción. Teníamos el desayuno incluido pero a la dependienta no le constaba y tampoco había nadie en recepcion para darnos el bono de desayuno que nos pedía. Decidimos tomar un café con leche y un croissant sin saber si nos lo cobrarían o no. Al acabar, vino el responsable, comprobó que sí estaba incluido, pidió disculpas por el malentendido y nos ofreció amablemente si queríamos tomar algo más. ”

“Stayed here for 5 nights on a visit to Chiavari and would recommend. Staff really helpful and friendly, lovely air conditioned lobby and bar area, with a garden terrace. Booked a room with a balcony, spacious and comfortable. Only issue was bathroom was dated and could do with a refresh but fully functional and clean. All in all a minor issue to the overall experience. Would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and affordable stay”
