“Staff friendly and clean hotel. Hotel room not as advertised on Agoda, was within a loft with limited height head space on the top floor with no air con, no pool view, no balcony and no free bottled water within the room. Hotel is pretty and parts have been modernised but unless you upgrade to the newest rooms which are the ones photographed and advertised then I wouldn’t recommend as it’s pretty pricey for a very basic room and dated bathroom. Around a 10 minute drive from Ortisei which is a base to get to lots of popular hikes such as Seceda.”
