“Unfortunatelly, sevice was not good. it took us 20 min of calls to try and be able to go in, because for some reason they didn't have our phone number. so they didn't bother to send us an email - just made us show up and call them. No one in reception to talk to, had to have a phone that will call an italian number (or whatsapp) and not very helpful on the phone. 20 min to wait in the rain to enter the building is not a good service.”
