“This hotel has an absolutely great location, close to one of the most accessible beaches in Cagliari (Poetto) and similarly close to quite a few good beach clubs and bars and other places to eat and enjoy what Sardegna has to offer. That said, it's still very much a 3 star hotel, and it is very, VERY clear at breakfast. It's barely decent at best. Overall we paid a pretty penny to stay here and the location and room (and AC!) are worth for it; the possibility to have sunbeds and umbrellas at the nearby beach bar Sella del Diavolo make it likely worth it for longer stays. ”

“This intimate place is more of a family B & B than a hotel. The "common room" living room is warm and filled with fascinating things, from books, to antiques.It is right across from Poetto Beach, and the bus line into the city is nearby (a ride of 20 minutes or so). The host is warm and helpful, the breakfast is excellent, and the room is large and comfortable, with a wonderful balcony. One example of the thoughtfulness here is the beach towels provided. This is very different than staying in the city, and the century-old home adds so much.”
