“I usually stay at agora hotel in biella but for the first time i tried this hotel and not a pleasent experience. I asked the reception lady if i could check out of the hotel by 12.00pm instead of 11am which is just 1 hour extra than their mentioned check out time . I was staying there for 3 days and lady bluntly told me we cant stay more that 11am which was not what a good hotel should do. Secondly breakfast is not good. NO BREAD for breakfast then i asked for bread and all 3 days they got some small buns which they told us is bread (as if i was travelling for the first time to italy and eating breakfast for the first time in a hotel in biella). Training of staff behaviour is required.”
