“This is a self-check in hotel, so no front desk. So, make sure you receive your confirmation and door access info prior to arriving, otherwise you will be standing outside. The rooms are spacious simplicity design, equipped with most needs including a kitchenette. Getting more supplies is easy, via email request. This hotel is located within walking distance of the main downtown area. And, the bus line is minutes away. Overall, a good hotel choice.”

“Despite we had some problem during check in, the staff are helpful and bring us up to designated level . We have a wonderful stay and thumbs up for the yummy breakfast ”

“We booked last minute. Our rooms were expected closet like. However, when your room faces the main street....every close by bar disco and drink can be heard... Comfy bed and sheets. Nice shower....very fresh Continental breakfast included....I miss eggs at this price point. There are few rooms in Reykjavik and I get the feeling that guaranteed large tour rooms get the best ones. Their lack of a bell desk is appalling ...carry your own things. Were it not for roberto, we would have just left. Great downtown location ...otherwise...meh.”
