“I simply booked because it had the name Grand Mercure. Regarding the staff they are very good people ready to help. But I was vey very disappointed with the room size. Otherwise the swimming pool was just ok small in size. We were given a welcome drink on arrival. as we were 3 people sharing the room the staff was very confident that we could not fit in double room as the size was small so the gave me an upgrade to executive room which big enough. The buffet breakfast was not so vast but had enough items and whatever they served was good except the tea which was cold. When we told the staff to get hot tea he just took the cold tea made it hot and served it to us. We had asked him to make fresh tea but it was a disappointment. My cousin was in room 1416 and the flush was not working properly at all. The bed, linens, pillows and its covers were neat and clean but for room size not happy at all.”
