“Very disappointing experience. I booked this hotel through Agoda, and the booking clearly mentioned a King Size Bed. However, when I checked in, I was given a room with two small twin beds instead. When I raised the issue, the hotel staff told me that if I wanted the king-size bed I had originally booked, I would have to pay an additional ₹1,000. This felt unfair and misleading, as I expected to receive the room type that was confirmed in my booking without paying extra. The hotel should honor confirmed reservations instead of asking guests to pay more at check-in. I hope the management improves its booking process and customer service to avoid this happening to other guests.”

“Room and facilities are good. But the entrance to the hotel is worst. There is no entrance to the hotel. One has to get down from his car in the underground parking and go up by the lift to the second floor with all your luggage. The reception area is very tiny. One night stay for the amount paid is ok.”

“location is in market , Rooms are spacious”

“While the rooms are very well appointed and very large, the place lacks professional touch. While all the services personnel smilingly tried their best, there was clearly something missing. It seems that there is no coordination and supervision. Also this is a Vegetarian hotel, serving only vegetarian food. Not even eggs for breakfast.”

“I can say good hotel to stay with Family and business trip …my experience was good had a nice laundry service and Restaurant for good food ….locality is also good near by there is an old Shiva Temple which is best attraction and it’s tourist spot.”

“Nice place to stay, but iron smell is coming from tap water and the colour of water is also not clear.. not suitable for bath so and so.”

“Good hotel. staffs are polite and co operative. I took vegetarian food and the food was also good. ”

“Greenwood lived up to expectations. The property feels spacious, with well-sized rooms and a decent-sized bathroom. The restaurant staff were courteous and attentive, which added positively to the overall experience. The only developmental feedback would be the first impression—when we arrived, the lobby felt a bit empty with only one staff member present, which made the initial experience feel slightly underwhelming. However, everything improved after that. Overall, a comfortable stay and one I would easily recommend.”
