“We found it very difficult to get a decent accomodation in Tawang. This is why we booked a stay at this hotel. It was so over priced for they they offer. We have stayed in several Taj properties, this did not compare. The bathroom overflows with water while taking a shower. It was my husband's birthday and they sent a complimentary cake to the room, which was appreciated. Decorated the room with some flowers, which was nice. But the housekeeping person who did it, came knocking at our door looking for tips. The first time my husband was in the bathroom, so he came again. We were pretty taken aback by this. How was he allowed to knock on our door looking for tips? And the buffet breakfast was fantastic the first day, the second day it was pathetic. How the same hotel can offer such contrasts was beyond us. The Manager did come and apologize though. Overall I would say it was an average stay. ”
