As you checkin, the reception says, " you have a non AC room booking" and you are being asked to pay, *** etc per night That is not what a guest expects..The receptiom has got its own syestem reservation, saying , it is non AC In this scenario, the reception went on to say they do not have our tel number...It is an AGODA booking...and if agoda did not share this info, it is a surprise.!!! It was not worth fighting with thr reception, so we gave up... The BF hall is less hygenic!! A place can be good, but biz policies need to be gpod”
