“I am writing this review because i am extremely happy with this hotel’s services I have been a traveller and stayed in quite few hotels in and outside the country as well , but my oh my i have many positives i can share about this hotel , When i arrived i was 2-3 hours early than the check-in time but the staff was super helpful they even upgraded my room from a non-balcony to a balcony one with a very beautiful view of Shimla city and facing the sunrise every morning was amazing We went to have lunch in their restaurant the first day while the reception took care of our luggage and readied the room for us Their buffet was delicious and full of variety. Their buffet carried different items every day and their staff would provide hot tea/coffee right away on request. Room service was great very clean room with enough space and their restrooms were new and luxurious. AC with heater and geyser was available and was in very good shape. Every time we had breakfast and dinner we could see a very nice view of Shimla city from the restaurant. Overall they made our stay in Shimla even more memorable and comfortable. I would recommend it to couples for sure , Mall road is just 20 minutes of drive from this hotel , this hotel is a value for money with great services and views. Most importantly they are way ahead in customer service and helping their customers even their security guards are nice and helpful. I would give it 11/10 ”

“The hotel is conveniently located. Mall Road is about 15 mins by car. Rooms are nice but perhaps bit more attention can be paid to cleanliness and hygiene. Staff is very polite and courteous. Special call out to Deep Singh from the front office. Breakfast spread is good. Wifi is not very stable and secure. Overall, I had a pleasant experience staying in this property.”

“You will need to spend 800 rs to go to mall road and back everytime. Very good hotel for those who have their own vehicle.”
