“Un palais au charme désuet mais pas du tout vieillot dans un très grand parc. Le personnel est tres serviable. La cuisine d'un bon rapport qualité prix. Les chambres et salles de bain grandes et agreables, avec AC et ventilation. La piscine est parfaite et bien tenue et la personne qui vous accueille tres efficace. Seul inconvenient, il y a une heure de route pour Hampi. L'hotel vous trouve un taxi, mais on a meilleur compte à le trouver soi même. Attention, ils facturent les early check in et last check out ”

“The staff was very unprofessional. Inspite of reaching out to them twice & giving them 1 hr to do the billing during checkout, an erroneous bill was made. I have paid the complete bill during checkout. Now the staff is calling me saying that payment is still pending, talking like they are accusing me. The restaurant was snail Pace. The breakfast buffet was not refilled for a long time & when refilled, the food was not cooked enough. The chicken that we ordered was uncooked in the center. The rooms were not cleaned properly & bathroom robes are given only on request. The rooms are extremely small even for 2 people. Overall the stay was not great. ”
