“The staff was very unfriendly. Even after booking the multiple rooms few months in advance they cancelled my booking on the day of the booking just one hour before checking. Staff was very unfriendly and it was very difficult to talk to them. It was worst experience. I would never suggest anyone to book this hotel.”

“I must say, it is a good hotel( if not excellent) considering the location and the services provided. I booked my room for an overnight stay of about 7–8 hours. The check-in process was easy, the porter service was prompt, and the room was clean. I’ve shared a few pictures of the room for reference. There was hot water available for bathing, the room smelled pleasant, and self-service tea was provided with an electric kettle available. A few cons and areas for improvement: 1. Toiletries: These were missing. There was no toothbrush, toothpaste, razor (for men), lotion, or hand towel. Only one bath towel was provided. It would be better if the room included at least one or two hand towels or an extra bath towel. 2. Cleanliness: From a typical Indian perspective, it was acceptable. However, a foreign guest might notice some stains on the linens and a few broken fixtures in the room. A blow dryer would also be a nice addition. 3. Complimentary Tea: It would be great if green tea sachets were included among the complimentary options. Overall, for the price (around ₹2,500 including GST for a deluxe room), it is quite reasonable and comfortable. Thank you for the pleasant stay! As for room service, there was a ₹15 charge for delivering food to the room, but the food was tasty. ”
