“Jai MA TARA I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and looked as good as new. Everything was well-maintained, making the stay comfortable and pleasant. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. One of the best conveniences was the paid parking facility available right in front of the hotel, which made parking very easy. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay.”

“Hotel staff behaviour is so good 💯 But Rampurhat Newtown Manager Behaviour is very very bad 😔 The behavior, speech, and conduct of the Newtown manager are absolutely terrible.”

“Great ambience…, those want to stay in absolute peace and meditate in this pious land of Maa Taara, should visit this property. They’re bound to visit again and again. Wonderful experience, should’ve stayed for some more time… but we’ll visit again soon. Another thing to mentioned is home like food. Loved it. ”

“I was not expecting this much clearer hotel in such a inconsequential place.”

“Stayed at this hotel from 07 March 26 to 10 March 26. Overall experience is quite pleasant. Room is good, house keeping staffs and restaurant staffs are good and very cooperative. Overall service, cleanliness are good. Food is worth for money. Location wise this one is very near to the Tara Maa temple. The only request I have to the hotel management is that kindly carry out pest control of the rooms from time to time as we have experience lot of mosquitoes and few other pests like cockroach and small insects inside our room. Otherwise overall stay was really good. ”

“Staffs are very polite, well mannered but hotal price is slightly expensive. Location is good for those people’s who uses private vehicle.”

“The hotel should work more on maintenance and should not mention for complementary breakfast because they don’t provide it. However, God bless the new owner.”

“Lots of construction work that was undergoing on 4th floor. Given my room was on 4th floor, it created a lot of disturbance for me and my family, we couldn't rest properly during the day. The construction noise was extremely annoying and irritating. If there is a power cut, ACs, Lift and Geysar in the hotel don't work as they don't have that capacity of DG to run these appliances and lift when there is a power cut. Service was slightly slow. I sensed owner is quite focused on cost-cutting and money oriented instead of giving proper services. What went good - Staff was good and polite. Staff tried their best to be responsive as far as they could - though I found them slightly lazy when it came to housekeeping. Food was also okay and decent enough. Location was great - easy to get auto and toto to temple as well as Rampurhat railway station. ”
