“Room was clean and well set up, cleaning was good and staff was courteous. The shortfalls were that they were short on staff. The morning breakfast booked by us was free as per booking details but it was not actually free as we were allowed limited food and beverages (like one dosa for each occupant and one tea or coffee for one occupant). This was not fully disclosed at the time of booking as in other hotels there is no rationing on breakfast if it is free. The free breakfast is not a buffet as normally it is. The parking is free in the sense you need to park at the nearby public parking and parking is reimbursed by the hotel, it will be difficult to commute between parking and hotel if you don't have driver with you.”
