“Had a very pleasant experience staying here. The rooms were neat, clean, and well-maintained with all the basic amenities provided. The host was very friendly and offered excellent customer service, making the entire stay smooth with hassle-free check-in and check-out. Although it is located about 4 km away from Kuttikanam town and the approach road is slightly narrow, the peaceful surroundings and comfort more than make up for it. “The location was okay but the room was not that much okay . The bed was so hard that we felt we were sleeping on the floor .it was so uncomfortable. And there is no AC which was by the way mentioned on the booking time . And no water heater . And there is no food available here if you want you can go to the town (1.km) and bring it . Or there is an option for delivery by a particular hotel which we need to do in the reception The pool was not clean it was filled with dead insects and dust Overall I would say If you want an better room with the mountains and good bed go with the 2900 rs room ”
