“This residency is situated in a prime location, with essential facilities conveniently within walking distance. Public transportation is easily accessible, as both mofussil and town buses are available nearby due to its close proximity to the bus stand. The staff were humble, friendly, and always willing to help, which made the stay more comfortable. The facilities are simple but well-maintained, offering clean rooms with all the basic amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, I had a good experience here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, budget-friendly place with a convenient location.”

“Rooms are meet and clean but blankets and towels should be changed over all evening is ok ”

“We had a really good stay here. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is peaceful and inside a gated community, which made us feel safe and relaxed. The staff were friendly and the room service was quick. There are also plenty of good restaurants nearby, which was very convenient. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place, especially for families.”

“It was a nice experience ”

“I stayed here on new year eve on 31st. Till 12AM mid-night they had party on top floor. Basically, music till then and then followed by crackers. For my old parents it was tough. Neighbor room TV sound was audible in my room. So proofing of TV side wall was insufficient. Location and restaurents was good. There was no help for luggage tranfer from room to car the following day during check out. Improvements on the above points would help to recommend better. ”

“Nothing new about Regency, their group of hotels have always been serving guests with best service and clean rooms. The rooms are spacious with bathroom and toilet separate. Wish the toilet was little bigger. The buffet breakfast was sumptuous.”

“We had a very comfortable stay in Apple Tree hotel. Location was excellent and their services is very good. Restaurant had yummy food.”

“I have stayed at this hotel on many occasions. This hotel is on the main road, so you won't have much difficulty finding it. The morning breakfast is a simple decent spread on the buffet. You can request for other breakfast items like Thosai, egg omelette and the kitchen will prepare it for you. The manager is a great guy. Friendly and helpful. The staff are similarly nice. This temple is a short drive away to the Nellaiappar temple. There is a vegetarian restaurant along the same road about 5 min drive away that serves delicious food and sweets. ”

“good hospitality, clean toilets, clean towels and linen and helpful staff. Food was delicious ”

“The family room is a let down despite its cleanliness, and hygiene conditions. The third person’s single cot area doesn’t have proper air ventilation so it’s sweating there whereas the main area is freezing in order the AC to reach the single cot area. Morning breakfast is OKIsh in the restaurant. Need to improvise the parking management. Cleanliness is the key as each and every corner is shining. ”
