“We stayed at Bliss Palampur and had a decent experience overall. The property is located quite far from the main town and attractions, which may not be convenient for everyone. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was good and well maintained. We also had dinner at the restaurant; the food was okay, but nothing exceptional, so I would rate it 3 out of 5. The staff were polite and their behavior was good throughout our stay. However, although the hotel claims to be a 3-star property, based on the facilities and standards I experienced, it felt more like a standard 2-star hotel. Overall, it’s an acceptable option if you are looking for a clean place to stay, but there is room for improvement in terms of facilities and overall hotel standards.”
