“Good location and service. ”

“The property is too far from the main road, the menu is very limited and even in that menu when we asked for some specific items they said it’s not available and they even charge you 600per night for a basic amenity like heater and in the day the room feels too hot. They did not even have proper curtains so you can’t even sleep peacefully. ”

“Good stay. Great location. Nothing happening ”

“Room was full of flies, receptionist did not even bother to ask for help for luggage till room, No kitchen, Back view of the hotel windows had a peculiar bad smell coming from outside”

“Stayed at Utpala House recently. The best part of this property is definitely the room view — absolutely stunning and easily 10/10. The location and scenic beauty around the hotel make the stay memorable. However, one major issue was the lack of continuous hot water. The temperature in Sissu was around 0 to 1°C, and we were travelling with a 4-year-old child, so having proper hot water facilities was very important. Unfortunately, hot water was not available full time, which made the stay uncomfortable. Food quality and taste were average, nothing special. Also, the room tariff felt quite high compared to nearby hotels offering similar facilities. Overall, recommended mainly for the amazing room views, but the hotel management should seriously improve the hot water service, especially considering the extreme cold weather conditions.”

“Hotel was good…staff was also co-operative specially the guy pankaj was very polite and helpful. The only problem we found was basic amenities were missing and we had to call for everything which actually wasted lot of our time.. Although after calling they have provided it..”
