“It was a okay stay. The first day when I arrived they gave me a room very close to the reception and it was very disturbing at night. Also the bedsheets were not very clean and there were stain marks which was not very good to see. The second day they changed my room and it was a bit better but again the bedsheets were not clean as expected. Also if you are going here make sure you get contacts of cab drivers as there is no facilities for cab drivers there. I asked the receptionist to arrange a driver for me and she said sure will arrange but she did not get back to me, so I had to google some drivers numbers. And the food is not really great very overpriced and not up to the standards, would not recommend the food at all. The only reason why I liked this place is because of the view and peace, if you are going for peace and privacy and for the view this is a good place. But the price per night is crazy for rooms not that big. I would suggest for rooms which have no view should be priced a little lower than the ones which have a great view. And please if they give you the room near the reception please decline the room, that’s because it’s very disturbing with loud taking and phone ringing and all. And one more thing to add is the toilet seat keeps falling off when you try to pee so you got to hold it and pee (for the guys 🫣) and the geyser is set to some timers so you get hot water for sometime and then the ice cold water comes and you have to wait for it to get heated up or just wrap up your bathing time within the timer. Overall I had a good stay here just few things what I mentioned could be better. ”

“Lovely n cozy stay. Extremely good behaved staff. Ashis the relationship officer and Abhiram at the restaurant ready for any help. Food was fresh n delicious 😋. We got whichever item we ordered. Best part was the grand washroom. I extremely recommend Amaira Farms and Resort at Mirik. A quiet heavenly abode. ”

“My Google review of La Das Tree Tops, Kurseong :- I stayed one night (19-20 May 2025) at this beautiful resort. The view from my 'Executive Room' was breath-taking, with a full panoramic vista of the Siliguri Plains down below - the night view was even more fascinating. The place is literally amongst the clouds and even in mid-May, the weather was pleasantly cool and misty. The cottages and rooms are tastefully done and all essentials of a four star resort are available - kudos to the owner who definitely seems to have a good taste. The stay was very comfortable and the staff were courteous and helpful. The food options were adequate and the food preparations were pretty good. The property is very neat and well maintained. It was also fascinating to see three cute looking Emu (big, flightless birds, native of Australia) within the compound. Then there were two adorable pets (Chow-chow dog breed). These big pups greeted me at the car park and accompanied me right to my room ! I just loved the vibe of this quaint and calm resort. Ideal for someone wanting a break from the hum-drum of the busy, noisy city life. Would love to visit again. A big thumbs up from my side !!”

“I absolutely do not recommend Agoda for making a booking. I mistakenly booked the same dates at the resort twice and the hotel cancelled the one I requested. I had prepaid both bookings and Agoda refused to handle my inquiry: they kept sending me a form to provide my card information when I had paid with PayPal. Agoda never responded to me until finally the hotel interceded and Agoda only then paid me back. Non existant customer service hi song my money hostage. They should never have charged me twice because the hotel cancelled before the payment became effective. I wasted a lot of time”
