“We chose the hotel for it’s location.It was great on that count however the staff , the ambiance, the facilities made our stay outstanding. Renjeith and his team are wonderful, they make you feel truly special. Thank you for being there!”

“Though just for a night, we loved the stay at this CGH property. It maintains a colonial look and feel , but has excellent hospitality conditions. We loved the breakfast, 24 hour front desk and infact 24 hour in-room dining.”

“I Booked for us 3 (me my wife and My 12 yrs Son). When I called before reaching there, I was asked to make extra payment of rs. 1500 for the extra bedding for my son or adjust him with us on the double bed in the room. This was a big shock to me as it never ever asked by any hotel before including Marriot. I told him very clearly that I booked for us 3 including breakfast for which he agreed that breakfast is included for ol three but will have to pay extra for revolving bed. Unbelievably it was a worst discussion by any hospitality staff . This Guy Shamelessly asked me to adjust my son the same deb as he has seen that before and normal for him. I couldn't believe that I was talking with a marriot staff. Only when I said I m recording this call and going to share it online he asked me to hold and said that we would be provided the extra bed.This guy never told me his name and hung up on me at the end.This should be taken action on, at least he should ge through a training session to speak with their hotel guests over the phone, he was talking like it was his last day there”

“The hotel gives an old vibe from the outside. The hotel entrance is a bus stop. The rooms are being renovated. The first floor rooms are not renovated yet. But the second floor rooms are renovated. We stayed in a suite room on the second floor. It is Huge and very well made, very comfortable. Nice interiors, AC . The staff are very helpful. The breakfast menu was nothing fancy but it has all that you need. The hotel is centrally located in fort kochi area with easy access to all siteseeing locations . You can get an auto at the hotel entrance or via rapido app. We got a big suite room at a very reasonable cost. Overall, if you are looking for a good room at a reasonable price in fort kochi , its a good choice.”
