“Sand Dunes visit is charged separately and the staff said its included in our room fare. While i pressed several times before going i was decieved post returning, while checking out they added a bill of 1300/- for dunes visit. Property is huge and is maitained well. Decor and the rooms look royal with a touch of modern and age old architecture. I would have rated it a 5star except for the staff that decieved us into going for the Sand Dunes visit. I have reconfirmed several times about it being included in the room fare. They said yes initially when we went for the visit but while checking out they charged us for it. That felt really bad, not the money that i paid it was the communication that mattered to me the most. I should decide what i want to do not the staff!!! ”
