“Had a great one-night stay at Panquest Villa. It’s conveniently located just around 3 km from Neral station. The villa was clean, the bedrooms were well maintained. The terrace is the highlight of the property it truly makes the place special. The view is beautiful, especially during the monsoon. Hasan was a fantastic host. He guided us before arrival, was flexible with check-in/check-out timings, and made the stay hassle-free. We opted for the meal package; the food options are limited, but the food was really good. There is no Zomato or Swiggy delivery nearby, so carry any essentials you may need. Also, don’t forget to ask Hasan how Panquest Villa got its name—the story behind it is really interesting!”

“Initially, my experience at the property was quite disappointing, mainly due to the lack of timely service. The property does not have an intercom to contact the staff, so guests have to use their own phones to call the number displayed, which is manageable but not very convenient. The location is also quite deep inside Neral, so reaching the property by road can be a bit difficult and time-consuming. The overall service can be slow at times, and on a few occasions I had to call multiple times to get things done. While the property has potential, improving the responsiveness of the staff and providing a better communication facility such as an intercom would significantly improve the guest experience.”
