“Dear Sir,
I have booked a DELUX ROOM in Hotel Royal Residency in Jaynagar for 21st march 2026 night.
When I reached in the room, I find that it is ordinary room and there are no facilities which can make it a DELUX ROOM. The deficiencies are as follow;
1. There is not even a dust bin in the room.
2. The both room is so small that the wash basin is provided in the room itself.
3. There is no exhaust fan in the bath room. But an open square ventilation is left in one of the walls. The hot air in the summer and chilled air in the winter will come through that ventilation.
4. There is no water geyser in the room for hot water. Photo enclosed.
5. There is no fountain for bathing in the bath room.
6. Cheap plastic water fixings were used in the bath room. Photo enclosed.
7. Toilet soap is not provided in the room.
8. The door lock is broken badly. Photo enclosed.
9. See the small lock is provided to lock the room. Photo enclosed.
10. The LCD in the room is out of order. Photo enclosed.
11. Due to cool weather, I did not use the Air Conditioner and so do not know whether it was working or not.
12. Though they provided mosquitos repellent but the mosquitos continue to sign songs near our ears throughout the night.
13. There is usually white bed sheets and pillow covers are there on the bed, but in this room the bed sheets and pillows are different design and color.
14. The covering is worn out and is not of good taste. Photo enclosed.
15. The bed mattress was very hard. Hard mattress appears to have been purchased so that they can last long, without considering the convenience of guest.
16. Neither there is no restaurant in the hotel nor reasonably good food is available nearby.
17. The stairs were dirty and needs cleaning.
18. The standard of the hotel is also judged by their employees. There is a single employee who works as Manager cum Assistant cum helper.
19. There is no waiter in the hotel who can server the visitors.
20. There is not even visitors/guest register, wherein the particulars of visitor/guests are entered, kept by the hotel.
21. There is intercom in the room where a visitor can contact the manager of the hotel but a mobile number is given to contact the manager.
Due to the above deficiencies, we spent a unpleasant and boring night in the hotel.
I request you to refund the rent of *** and a compensation of *** for staying in worthless hotel and in top unhygienic conditions.
I do not know whether such hotels be there on your web-site.
