At times of booking they show balcony for superior room but they give without balcony room,and told us balcony room is not available 4.Each Room and another door to access next room 5.water jug is empty at times of check in sol ”

“Location is best as you get very good view of valley, SOU. The river beach is 20 metre. Plenty of spaces in resort to chill, sit and relax. Staff was courteous and ready to help. Foos little over-priced. Toilets were stinking the whole time we stayed, though staff helped with room freshener but little to help. Room decor was decent. Though mattress was too soft. Pool is nice n clean. 10 min from SOU. So all in all a good stay except the two negatives”

“Spectacular view of Narmada River for river side room occupants as well quite decent view for Garden side residents. At heart of location and nearest to SoU as well walking distance from Central Bus depot. We have only suggestions, which we already discussed with few staffs over there: i) Baggage screening at entry should be made mandatory, as this is a sensitive location. This is also a safety point for the residents. ii) Serving plates/bowls should be changed to porcelain instead what they currently offer, Melamine. Actually, hot foods on melamine utensil aren't any healthy option. Chemicals released from Melamine are mostly affecting Kidney, which is medically proven.”
